Gujarat NEET Cutoff 2019

Gujarat State release the NEET cut off 2019 for the 85% seats in the Gujarat medical colleges. Gujarat Medical Admission Criteria 2019

Before registering themselves for Gujarat Medical / MBBS admission 2019, applicant must read the eligibility conditions to check whether they are eligible or not. Check the basic Gujarat Medical Admission 2019 eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Eligibility for 85% State Quota

• Aspirants should be citizen of India. Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are also eligible for admission to Gujarat MBBS/BDS admission.
• Candidates applying for 85% state quota seats also be a domicile of Gujarat. Gujarat Born Students do not Need to Show Domicile Papers Says Govt.
• Should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019
• Applicants applying for Gujarat admission must have passed Class 10 and 12 qualifying examination from the Gujarat Board/CBSE/ICSE/IB (International Baccalaureate and Cambridge)/NIOS schools located in the state of Gujarat.
• Aspirants who have passed their Class 12 standard examination from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) located outside of Gujarat are also eligible for Gujarat MBBS/BDS admission 2019 and students who have studied till Class 8 from any one of the JNVs in the state can also apply.
• To apply for MBBS and BDS admission under 85% state quota seats, candidates must pass Class 12 with an aggregate of 50% for general category, 40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PH candidates, respectively. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as the main subjects.
• Such aspirants whose parents are of Indian origin but does not hold Indian Citizenship and have applied for admission to Gujarat MBBS 2019 need to furnish the submission proof to the authority before the counselling date.
• Candidates should have secured the minimum NEET 2019 cut off percentile as prescribed by NTA which is mentioned in the table below.

Gujarat MBBS Application Form 2019

Medical Admission 2019 In Gujarat Notification, Process, Apply Online -medadmgujarat.orgThe eligible candidates have to register themselves by filling the Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2019 application form for admission to undergraduate medical courses. ACPUGMEC, Gujarat has released the application form of Gujarat MBBS 2019 on June 17. It will be available only in online mode. To begin the online registration process, candidates have to purchase the 14 digit PIN number and prospectus either from the Axis bank in person or in online mode by paying the application fee of Rs. 200. The last date of purchase of Gujarat MBBS BDS registration is June 23, 2019 till 4:00 PM, while the last date for submission of afmission form is June 24, 2019 by 11:00 PM. 

Gujarat MBBS application form 2019 includes filling of NEET UG 2019 details using PIN number, entering the candidate’s details, generation of password and confirming the filled details. Once the application form is submitted, candidates are advised to take a printout of the same for future references. 

As soon as the registration procedure of Gujarat MBBS 2019 will be over, students will be required to report at the helpdesk for verification of documents. For verification, aspirants need to carry the original and a set of attested photocopies of below mentioned documents.

• ACPUGMEC, Gujarat will release the application form of Gujarat MBBS/BDS/Dental 2019
• After getting a pin, candidates have to fill the Online application form at http://medadmgujarat.ncode.in/.
• It is compulsory to fill the application form to participate in state quota counselling.
• Candidates are able to fill the application form through online mode on the website http://medadmgujarat.ncode.in/UG/index.aspx
• If candidates want to correct/change the filled data, they can contact to the nearby help center or central control room at the office of the admission committee.
• To make a correction/change, candidates may approach at nearby help center & justify the need of correction with valid documents.

The candidates shall need to submit the following self-attested photocopies of the documents along with the Gujarat MBBS 2019 Application Form:

• Class 12th (HSC) mark sheet
• Copy of NEET UG 2019 mark sheet
• School Leaving Certificate
• SSC Examination (10th class) mark sheet and passing certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Preparation and Publication of Merit List 

After the completion of registration process, the state authority will prepare and release Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2019 merit list in the last week of June. The state rank list will be derived on the basis of scores secured in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Only candidates whose application form will be successfully submitted and accepted by the authority will be included in the merit list of Gujarat MBBS 2019. The merit list will display the name of aspirants, state merit rank, All India Rank, NEET scores and percentile obtained, category and roll number. The candidates will be called for counselling as per their state merit rank.

Gujarat MBBS Counselling 2019
ACPUGMEC , Gujarat will conduct the Gujarat MBBS 2019 counselling in online mode only. Only aspirants who will be included in the merit list will be eligible to participate fr seat allotment procedure. Candidates included in the state rank list will be required to enter their choices of courses and colleges for each round. Based on these filled in choices, Gujarat MBBS state merit rank and availability of seats, the admission to Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2019 will be granted. The authority will organise two rounds of Gujarat MBBS counselling 2019.

Before the commencement of choice filling for round one, the facility of mock round choice filling will be made available in last week of June 2019. Based on the analysis of mock round choice filling and locking, aspirants can modify/change/delete their preferences of filled for the actual seat allotment process. Once the choice filling procedure is over, Gujarat MBBS seat allotment process will start from the first week of July 2019. The result of Gujarat MBBS & BDS counselling round one will be announced in the first week of July.

Once the seats are allotted to the eligible aspirants, they must report at the help centres for submission of original and photocopy of below-mentioned documents. The tuition fees of Gujarat MBBS 2019 admission can either be paid in cash or DD at any designated branches of Axis bank or through online payment within the stipulated time period.

After the completion of first round, ACPUGMEC will conduct the second round of counselling to fill the remaining vacant seats left. Candidate included in the merit list who were not called or were not allotted seats in first round can appear for Gujarat MBBS counselling round two. The result of second round of counselling will be released in the second week of August 2019. Candidates with allotted seats must report at the help centres for submission of documents and completion of admission procedure.

Online Choice Filling & Allotment of Admission

• After merit declaration, choice filling will be initiated online for each round. First round of choice filling will be Mock round, based on analysis given candidate should modify their choices or add more choices for actual rounds, if required
• After the choice filling period is over, the ACPUGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website. The candidates can view their status of allotment by login to their own User ID
