By the time you read this, our 31st overseas Chapter in Hong Kong will be inaugurated. Additionally, ICAI has also been extending its technical and infrastructural help and support to the developing nations in building the foundations of accountancy profession therein. ICAI has undertaken many measures establishing the profession as a facilitating arm of the Government. A special brief report on some of the significant achievements/ activities and contribution of the Institute during the year 2017-18 has been included in this issue of the Journal.
