● Management Trainee (MT) Post
Incumbent should be a MBA (FULL TIME COURSE) with specialization in Marketing with First Class and have passed his / her MBA with above specialization in the year 2016. MBA with B.Sc Agriculture will be given additional preference. Incumbent should be ready to work any where in India.
Age : 30 Years Max.

● Graduate Trainee Post
Incumbent should be a B.Sc in Agriculture (FULL TIME COURSE) with First Class and have passed his / her B.Sc with Agriculture specialization in the year 2016. Incumbent should be ready to work any where in India.
Age : 25 Years Max

● Diploma Trainee Post
Incumbent should be a Diploma in Agriculture (FULL TIME COURSE) with First Class and have passed his / her Diploma in Agriculture in the year 2016. Incumbent should be ready to work any where in India.
Age : 23 Years Max

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on an interview.

◆ The candidates having passed Full Time Course from Govt. / AICTE / GTU approved reputed Colleges / Institutes / Polytechnics only will be considered. Kindly note that candidates with over qualification will not be considred for the interview.

◆ Knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.

The candidate will be initially taken on one (01) year traineeship and may be absorbed on contract, if work performance meets the expectation of Management during traineeship.

◆ The selected candidates will be taken as Management Trainee / Graduate Trainee and required to execute a "Training cum Service Agreement" for the amount of Rs.2.5 lacs for the period of 5 (Five) years.

◆ Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
